La propuesta consiste en remodelar de la puerta de embarque 11-A del Aeropuerto Internacional de Maquetía y construir un pasillo de conexión entre el terminal nacional y el internacional. Para lograrlo, sobre la fachada existente del terminal se construye un pasillo con los mismos materiales para mantener los acabados de la construcción original. Gracias a esta intervención, al aumentar el flujo de vuelos nacionales se puede tener acceso a la puerta 11A ubicada en el terminal internacional.
The proposal consists of remodeling the boarding gate 11-A of the Maquetía International Airport and building a connecting corridor between the national and international terminals. To achieve this, a corridor with the same materials is built on the existing facade of the terminal to maintain the finishes of the original construction. Thanks to this intervention, by increasing the flow of domestic flights, connection to gate 11A located in the international terminal can be accessed.
