Del 9 al 13 de septiembre se realizó el Festival Vértice 2019 «Utopía Colectiva», evento anual que vincula las tres unidades de la Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño de la Universidad Rafael Landívar. En el caso de la Escuela de Arquitectura, los invitados para esta edición fueron Carlos De Leo (México), Pablo Jarauta (España) y Oscar Aceves (Venezuela), quienes además de dictar charlas magistrales dirigieron distintos talleres vinculados con el tema del evento con los alumnos de la escuela.
